WEBSITE TERMS
The conditions that apply when using this website and submitting marina or service requests.
Last updated: August 20, 2026
These Terms of Use govern access to oceanworldmarina.com. By using the website, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the website.
We aim to keep marina, service, rate, navigation, facility, and contact information accurate, but website content may change and may contain errors or omissions. Information on this site is general and is not a substitute for current marina instructions, official notices, nautical charts, weather information, regulations, or prudent navigational judgment.
Submitting a form, email, or message is a request only. It does not create a confirmed reservation, contract, berth assignment, price guarantee, or authorization to enter the marina. Dockage and services are confirmed only through written communication from Ocean World Marina and may be subject to availability, vessel specifications, required documentation, deposits, operational conditions, and a separate berth or service agreement.
You are responsible for providing complete and accurate vessel dimensions, draft, electrical requirements, arrival details, contact information, and requested services. Electrical compatibility and connection requirements must be confirmed before arrival.
Rates shown online may exclude taxes, consumption, materials, labor, special equipment, or third-party services unless expressly stated. Deposit, cancellation, refund, no-show, rescheduling, weather, and force-majeure conditions are governed by the written confirmation or agreement provided for the applicable stay or service.
Visitors, vessel owners, captains, crew, guests, and contractors must follow applicable law, customs and immigration requirements, marina rules, safety instructions, environmental standards, and directions from authorized personnel. Outside contractors and service providers may require prior marina approval and must follow marina access and operating procedures.
Owners, operators, and captains remain responsible for their vessel, navigation, crew, guests, equipment, lines, fenders, and compliance obligations. Appropriate vessel and liability insurance should be maintained as required by law, marina policy, or the applicable agreement.
You may not misuse the website, attempt unauthorized access, interfere with its operation, submit unlawful or misleading content, or use automated methods that unreasonably burden the service.
Website text, design, branding, photographs, graphics, and other content are owned by or licensed to Ocean World Marina unless otherwise stated. They may not be copied, republished, or commercially exploited without authorization, except as permitted by applicable law.
Links to third-party websites and applications are provided for convenience. Ocean World Marina does not control their content, availability, security, or policies and is not responsible for transactions made directly with them.
Use of personal information submitted through the website is described in our Privacy Policy and Cookie Policy.
The website is provided on an “as available” basis. To the extent permitted by applicable law, Ocean World Marina does not guarantee uninterrupted access or that all content will always be current. Nothing in these terms excludes rights or responsibilities that cannot legally be excluded.
These terms are governed by the laws of the Dominican Republic. We may update them as the website, services, or legal requirements change. The current version and effective date will be posted here.
