Ocean World Marina combines dockside utilities, premium fuel, guest assistance and professional boatyard support for visiting yachts, cruisers and sport fishing vessels. Our team can coordinate services before arrival and throughout your stay.

Crew Gym
Stay active while in port. Ocean World Marina provides visiting captains and crew with complimentary access to an on-site gym—a convenient space to train and maintain your routine throughout your stay.

Fresh Water
A high-pressure fresh-water system supports marina operations and docked vessels. The existing facility information reports substantial on-site storage backed by the municipal supply.
Shore Power
Power is available at the slips with 30 A / 50 A and 100 A single-phase connections and three-phase service at 208/480 V. Compatibility and connection requirements must be confirmed before arrival.
Pump-Out & Waste
Pump-out and waste-disposal services can be coordinated through the marina office or dockmaster. Ask for instructions and current availability.
Laundry, Restrooms & Showers
Guest facilities include restrooms, hot showers and professional wash, dry and fold laundry service. Access and operating details are available from reception.
Wi-Fi
Complimentary Wi-Fi is available in designated areas, including the marina reception area.
Security & Backup Power
The complex is enclosed and supported by controlled access, on-site security personnel, perimeter and interior lighting, and backup generators.
Transportation & Provisioning
The team can help coordinate supermarket trips, airport transfers, local transportation, parts shipments and provisioning support.
Concierge Assistance
Ask us about hotels, restaurants, tours, package handling, guest arrangements and practical local services for owners, captains and crew.
Parts, Freight & Project Support
Puerto Plata and Santiago provide access to supermarkets, workshops, freight services and marine supplies. Florida-based freight routes and nearby air and sea cargo options can help with importing parts that are not readily available on the North Coast. The boatyard team can assist with sourcing and project coordination.
Health & Everyday Services
Puerto Plata offers pharmacies, medical and dental services, veterinary care, private and public clinics, supermarkets and other essentials. Our concierge can help guests and crew identify suitable local providers.
Before arrival: Confirm fuel availability, electrical compatibility, service hours and any special technical requirements directly with the marina. Published specifications can change as infrastructure and operating conditions evolve.
